STAGE of the PRIVATISATION PROCESS:
In accordance with Decision ¹ 576 from October 9, 2008 taken on
a closed session of Sofia Municipal Council the works of the consultant
" ARGILE-KAMBUROV-TRANZAKTA - MUR STIVANS BULMAR Consortium"
done after the 1st stage of the consulting contract - that's to
say: the legal analysis, the privatisation appraisal, the memorandum and
the privatization strategy has been approved and the privatisation
method for the shareholders' participation of Sofia Municipality
and its companies in the capital of the "Municipal Bank"
AD has been determined - the privatisation should be realized by
an open auction. Sofia Municipal Privatisation Agency should take
actions on the privatisation of the shareholders' participation
of Sofia Municipality and its companies in the capital of the "Municipal
Bank" AD after an explicit decision of Sofia Municipal Council
concerning the report of the Agency's Supervisory Board President
on the pre-privatisation marketing done by the consultant of the
deal.
